Jumeirah Mallorca is seeking a Telephone Operator to join the Front Office team. You will handle internal and external calls with professionalism, maintain up-to-date information on hotel products and events, and support guest experiences with discretion and accuracy.
Adecuado candidates are strong communicators with guest-focused attitudes, fluent in English, and capable of multitasking under pressure. Additional language skills are a plus in our luxury, multicultural environment on Mallorca.
