Development and maintenance of the Quality Management System and MRO approvals.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Ensure continuous compliance with applicable regulatory requirements (EASA Part-145, FAA, UK CAA and others), as well as internal Quality Management System procedures, ensuring airworthiness, operational safety and the continuous improvement of the organization.
1.
Quality Management
System
- Maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable regulations (EASA Part-145 / MOE).
- Ensure the proper implementation and compliance of internal procedures.
- Participate in the review and approval of Quality Management System documentation (MOE, procedures and work instructions).
- Monitor regulatory changes (EASA, FAA, etc.) and assess their impact.
- Support the management of organizational approvals and certifications.
2. Audits
- Plan and conduct internal audits in accordance with the annual audit programme.
- Participate in external audits conducted by authorities, customers and certification bodies.
3. Non-Conformance Management
- Record, analyse and manage non-conformities identified through audits, production activities or customer feedback.
- Coordinate the definition of corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Ensure timely closure and effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Prepare audit reports and monitor corrective actions.
- Verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.

Supplier Quality
Management
- Participate in supplier evaluation and approval processes.
- Conduct audits of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
