ensuring all reports are sent on time.Coordinating the preparation and supervision of each asset's business plan regarding income and expenses.Collaborating with other C&W; departments involved in the asset (e.g., Agency, Capital Markets, Project & Development Services).Main coordinator and contact person for third parties designated by the ownership: lawyers, appraisers, tax advisors, technical collaborators, etc.Coordinating and/or participating in asset visits with appraisers, potential buyers, auditors, etc.Coordinating asset transitions for new mandates or buy-sell operations.Any other task required to ensure compliance with C&W; obligations under assigned mandates.Budget tracking, expense control, and ultimate responsibility for budget compliance.Bidding and managing soft services: cleaning, security, gardening, waste management, insurance, etc.Managing and tracking insurance claims until closure.Visiting assets and tracking visits by the
