At dsm firmenich, we are looking for a Communication Specialist to support the Senior Communications Manager and the Change management team within Digital & Tech (D&T;). This role sits at the intersection of digital, communications and the business and is ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex topics into clear, engaging stories.

Your key responsibilities
- Creating strong, well structured communication materials, including presentations and storytelling decks for both internal and external audiences
- Designing and maintaining content in SharePoint, acting as a super user and supporting teams with structure and usability
- Supporting campaign execution and content planning; Marketo experience is a plus
- Working closely with the Senior Communications Manager and collaborating with stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and promote key projects and achievements.
- Manage the D&T; hub platform, with up-to-date information and clear communication approaches to different audiences.
- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness, preparing reports for the Communication team.

You bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a communication role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Excellent storytelling and content creation skills, especially for presentations
