To analyze requirements, scout suppliers, negotiate deals, award contracts, ensure quality standards, timely delivery, optimize costs, promote sustainability, and mitigate supply chain risks.

- Ensures the purchasing of Goods and Services: Ensures sourcing and negotiating terms & conditions for goods, materials, and services to meet the company’s operational requirements, considering cost, quality, technical, and delivery targets.
- Guarantees Supplier Management: Guarantees building and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers, ensuring a professional, ethical, and consistent approach.
- Monitors Market Analysis: Monitors overall market trends,



competitor strategies, and suppliers to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provides Cost Management: Provides analysis on costs, reviews cost reduction activities, identifies and negotiates opportunities to improve prices or overall total cost of ownership. Monitors and controls project costs to stay within budget, implementing design to cost and resourcing activities when needed.
- Ensures Compliance: Ensures compliance with company guidelines, purchasing policies, and procedures during supplier negotiations and contract awarding.
- Keeps track of Performance Monitoring and Risk Assessment: Keeps track of the performance of suppliers and procurement activities, identifying potential risks in the supply chain, and developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success throughout the entire project lifetime.
