Responsibilities

- Network Operation and Supervision: Monitor and oversee the FTTH network, ensuring stable and efficient service operation.

- Field Technician Support: Provide real-time assistance to field technicians performing service deployment and migrations.

- Service Validation and Testing: Conduct service verification and testing, ensuring proper functionality after migrations and deployments.

- Night Shift Operations: Perform service checks and network monitoring during night shifts as required.

- Procedure Compliance: Execute tasks strictly following standardized procedures defined by senior engineers.
