MTS Globe Spain in Ibiza is seeking a Booking Agent to join our incoming agency. You will manage bookings, handle stop sales, and monitor allotments to ensure a smooth flow of reservations while delivering high service quality.
Responsibilities include daily booking follow-up, price and occupancy monitoring, liaising with TTOO and hoteliers, and resolving incidents and complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.
