What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Software Solution Engineer specialized in Automic Workload Automation to join a strategic project with one of our general clients in the wealth management sector.
Location: Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.
Language: English is a must. Spanish desirable.
Main Job Requirements
- Develop and implement automation strategies for job scheduling to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Streamline job development processes,



ensuring consistency and optimization across systems.
- Maintain and enforce governance standards to guarantee compliance, quality, and standardization across all projects.
- Support and scale the development and deployment of automated jobs across environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation solutions with infrastructure and application architecture.

What does UST expect from you?
- Proven experience in software development, with a solid understanding of common software design patterns.
- Good knowledge of infrastructure and software architectures, with the ability to integrate both effectively.
- Strong proficiency in automation-related programming and scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Solid hands-on experience with Automic Automation (UC4), especially in automation and governance processes.
