Support the end-to-end system and process setup for a contract manufacturing automotive production project in Spain, including SAP, WMS (3PL), and SRM system implementation, integration, go-live, and stabilization.
• Provide daily operational support for SAP and related systems, including master data management, ensuring data accuracy, completeness,
and cross-system consistency.
• Maintain key master data, including logistics master data, suppliers, warehouse, and production-related data, ensuring data alignment across SAP, WMS, and SRM systems.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and external system vendors to support requirement analysis, solution design, and system blueprint definition.
• Support integration between SAP (MM/PP/SD modules) and WMS/SRM systems to ensure end-to-end process consistency and data integrity.
• Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT), including test scenario design, execution, issue tracking, and cross-functional coordination for resolution.
• Support design and optimization of 3PL warehouse and logistics processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient warehouse operations, and transportation visibility.
• Support system go-live activities, including data preparation, cutover execution, and on-site support.
