Managing multi-shift production operations and integrating processes for continuity and balance.Overseeing maintenance and repair planning, including CAPEX projects, to minimize downtime and disruptions.Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the plant.Someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for operational excellence. Bachelor’s degree with 8-10 years’ experience in production/operations management.Proven experience in maintenance planning, production scheduling,
