About the Mission

Our client, a fast-growing Insurtech scaleup, is looking for a

Product Manager with a strong tech & AI orientation

You will work together with mobile developers (React Native) in a build-fast, iterate-faster culture, owning the product roadmap and driving delivery. You know how to leverage AI tools and coding agents to accelerate discovery and execution.

Responsabilities

Product & Roadmap

- Define and prioritise the product roadmap in close collaboration with mobile developers and stakeholders

- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specs

- Drive fast product iterations — ship early, learn fast

- Conduct discovery to identify new services that can bring real value to the company

Collaboration

- Work closely with architects, developers, data engineers, designers, and other technical entities

- Bridge the gap between business expectations and technical delivery





AI-Augmented Product Work

- Leverage AI tools and coding agents (e.g., Claude) to streamline product workflows

- Apply AI-driven approaches to discovery, prototyping, and iteration

To Succeed in This Role

Experience

- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager on mobile / app projects

Technical Skills

- Tech-savvy — you understand how APIs, mobile apps, and backend systems work

- Comfortable working alongside developers and speaking their language

- Experience delivering AI-driven projects, ideally using Claude or similar tools

Must Have ✅

- Strong experience in product discovery (user research, problem framing, hypotheses, experimentation)

- Proven experience on mobile applications

- Experience delivering AI-driven projects, ideally using Claude (or similar AI tools / coding agents)

- Fluent English

AI Mindset

- Comfortable working with AI tools and coding agents (e.g., Claude)

- Eager to use AI to move faster — from discovery to delivery

- You see AI as a product and workflow accelerator, not a gimmick

Soft Skills

- Strong shipping mindset — done beats perfect

- Pragmatic, product-oriented, and solution-driven

- Strong collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams

- Fluent in English (Spanish & French are a plus)
