Amazon Web Services Europe South (Spain, Italy and Portugal) is seeking a Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for strategic enterprise customers. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through insight-led, personalized marketing initiatives.

The ABM Manager will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of ABM programs, working backwards from customer needs to create data-driven, multi-channel engagements that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth. This role requires strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders including account teams, sales managers, and partner organizations.

Key job responsibilities

- Design and execute ABM campaigns (1:1, 1:few) aligned with area and general frameworks that drive measurable business impact




- Partner with account teams to translate account priorities into insight-led marketing programs
- Develop customer value propositions and orchestrate executive engagement programs that deepen relationships within target accounts
- Analyze customer data, buying signals, and market trends to inform campaign strategy and optimization
- Execute multi-channel programs (events, digital) that deliver personalized account experiences
- Collaborate with demand generation and partner marketing teams to ensure ABM programs integrate with broader go-to-market efforts
- Track and report on program performance, using data to optimize and scale successful approaches
- Drive operational excellence through standardized processes, documentation, and best practices
- Manage program budgets effectively, demonstrating frugality while maximizing impact
- Collaborate with the global ABM community to share learnings and adopt proven practices
