This role is based on-site in Barcelona (5 days/week in office, with 24 adaptable remote days per year to use as you prefer).

About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing sales-tech SaaS startup based in Barcelona, giving sales teams "superpowers" through their platform.

The company is on a strong growth trajectory: 75 FTEs currently, having grown by +30 employees in the last 5 months. They are now scaling internationally and hiring SDRs across three markets: Germany, UK, and Italy.

Your Mission
As an SDR, you'll be part of a fast-growing team driving new business through outbound and inbound prospecting for your assigned market. This is a high-energy, cold-calling-heavy role with a clear, proven path to promotion — every AE at the company started as an SDR internally, sometimes progressing in under 6 months, fully performance-based.





Your Responsibilities

- Proactive cold-calling and outbound prospecting to generate qualified demos in your market
- Managing and growing a healthy inbound pipeline (2–5 leads/day)
- Hitting ramp-up targets (0-1-3-5 new clients/month)
- Collaborating closely with your market's hiring manager and the broader sales team
- Being fully productive and hitting targets within 1–2 weeks of onboarding

Your Profile
Native-level German

Native-level English (UK/Ireland/Scotland accent preferred; US/Australian/Canadian xqbhyrx also considered)

For all markets:

- 6–10 months of sales experience, ideally including cold-calling
- High motivation, drive, coachability, and a genuine desire to grow into an Account Executive role
- SaaS experience is a plus but not required — candidates from backgrounds like door-to-door sales, fundraising, promotion, or sales assistant roles are very welcome
