This role offers the opportunity to shape high-performing digital experiences across content-rich websites, landing pages, and conversion-focused digital products. You will combine strong UI/UX expertise with visual and graphic design skills to create engaging experiences across mobile, tablet, and desktop. The position sits at the intersection of design, user experience, content, SEO, and conversion optimization, giving you a direct influence on digital performance. You will translate business requirements and CRO hypotheses into intuitive, visually compelling solutions. You will also contribute to design systems, brand assets, A/B testing concepts, and marketing materials across multiple digital projects. - Translate briefs, business requirements, user needs, and conversion hypotheses into clear, engaging, and performance-oriented design solutions.
- Prioritize content structure, usability, interactions, visual hierarchy, and conversion on smaller screens before adapting experiences to larger breakpoints.
- Create and maintain reusable Figma components, templates, and design-system elements to ensure consistency and scalability across projects.
