In this role you will develop new insurance product propositions for a multi‑year transformation program across our European Commercial Insurance markets The Business Change & Engineering team drives business transformation through the standardization, simplification and automation of business processes in our Business Units and Corporate Functions. As a Product Engineer you work closely with Underwriting, Pricing, IT and the wider program team to turn strategy into scalable solutions.

Key AccountabilitiesProduct Development and Enhancement:Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain new insurance products,



utilising logical mapping tools such as Xmind to model products with underwriting.Conduct comprehensive analyses of competitors’ products and pricing strategies to inform market positioning. Required:Bachelors Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the Product Development area OR High School Diploma or Equivalent and strong experience in the Product Development areaAND Knowledge of property, casualty, and specialty insurance underwritingFamiliarity with the underwriting function, including guidelines, practices, and standard controls or governancePreferred:Possess 3–5 years of experience within Product Development.Exhibit working knowledge of insurance software packages, particularly Guidewire, as well as familiarity with Xmind and Guidewire’s Advanced Product Designer Suite (APD).Proven project management and time management abilities.To support your work-life balance, we have adopted a flexible working model.
