Job DescriptionAbout the role Unit4 builds software for organizations that serve others: in government, education, nonprofits, and professional services. You will run the discovery, shape the definition, work hand in hand with design and an AI-assisted development team to build it at pace, and keep improving it once it is live. Run discovery and research with customers and prospects to find the problem worth solving, then design, prototype, and test solutions together with them.

Prioritize ruthlessly and own the backlog, the release plan, and the quality bar for your product. Partner daily with designers and an AI-assisted development team to build and ship to a high standard. You have owned products across the full development lifecycle: research and discovery, requirements and definition, design, and launch.

Deep domain expertise in HR, finance, or project management software, expertise with an ERP is a plus. You can name the persona, describe the pain, and explain how you know it’s prevalent, not just a problem one customer mentioned once. With us,
