Position Overview
We are seeking a talented CFD Software Engineer to join our Simcenter STAR-CCM+ team. In this role, you'll develop and enhance cutting-edge computational fluid dynamics software that powers thermal and battery simulation solutions for general manufacturers. You'll collaborate with a talented team of engineers, contribute to innovative features, and help shape the future of simulation technology that impacts industries worldwide.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize CFD algorithms and numerical methods for thermal and battery simulation applications
- Design and implement software features that enhance simulation accuracy and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into robust technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and validation to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Participate in technical documentation and knowledge sharing with the broader engineering team
- Troubleshoot complex simulation issues and provide technical support to customers and internal teams
Qualifications
Required:

- Strong background in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) or numerical simulation methods
- Proficiency in C++ or similar object-oriented programming languages
- Experience with software development practices, version control, and testing frameworks
- Solid understanding of thermal physic
