About the RoleAs a Customer Support Specialist, you will be supporting our Scandinavian markets, while also assisting our customers in UK market whenever needed. You'll communicate with customers through phone calls and emails, ensuring they receive outstanding support and a positive experience with Synergy Worldwide.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with orders and account inquiries
- Tracking shipments and resolving delivery issues
- Providing information about our products and promotions
- Supporting distributors and customers with various requests
- Finding effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Building strong relationships with customers through regular contact

What We're Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
