working autonomously to proactively tackle challenges and be willing to embrace and tackle challenges head-onSupport the business in embedding AI driven automation to reduce manual processesHelp us drive and optimise our cross sell strategy across all areas of the business by translating data into actionable audiencesUnderstand our conversion funnel and influence business users to take data driven decisionsContribute to the continual development and deployment of our state-of-the-art data layer and visualisation toolsTranslate business questions and hypotheses into actionable data insights, supporting company xqbhyrx growthWho are we looking for?4+ years as a data analyst or similar roleProficiency in writing SQL to interrogate large databasesUnderstanding how to automate tasks and use AI to drive business efficiencies is a strong advantageHigh level of expertise with data visualisation toolsProven ability to understand business requirements and explain complex data to all levels of employeesEnglish/Spanish to a business level
