About the roleWe are looking for a Share Plans & Reward Specialist to join an international organisation and support the implementation and day-to-day administration of employee share plans and flexible benefits arrangements in Madrid.
In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating plan administration, employee communications, provider data, payroll inputs and reconciliations, working closely with Reward, Payroll, Tax, Finance, Legal and People teams.
