OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Country Product Specialist to join our team. The adecuado candidate will be the bridge between the central product team based in Germany and the Spanish business unit for the launch and management of our ticketing platform features and services while maintaining a focus on the customer experience and market needs.
You will work on product/project plans and requirement concepts. You will manage all the activities and resources allocated to the product as well as manage communication with the central German Product Team.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams set up locally or at the headquarters in Germany, including product management, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure successful product and feature launches that drive growth and profitability.
This role is focused on ensuring the local adaptation of CTS EVENTIM's global ticketing platform to the Spanish market, acting as the main liaison between the central Product Team in Germany and the Spanish business unit.
