Working closely with internal departments, you will coordinate solutions, maintain accurate data,



and support the efficient handling of day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Provide telephone and online support to customers, as well as internal support to the Customer Service teamInvestigate customer requests and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure timely resolutionProcess information received through email and verbal communications accurately and efficientlyMaintain and update customer and order information in company systems, including manual order entryRelevant Experience and Skills:Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or AdministrationGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and OutlookKnowledge of Oracle R12, Incoterms, payment terms, and CRM systems is considered an advantageProficiency level of English is required.
