We are seeking a visionary and analytically driven Manager to lead the Data-driven Project Modeling (DPM) team- an essential pillar of the Siemens Energy Wind Power Finance Warranty function. This role is instrumental in transforming complex project data into actionable insights that enhance project portfolio performance, warranty provisioning, currency hedging strategies, liquidity forecasting, and executive decision-making across our global footprint.
As Head of DPM, you will combine deep expertise in finance, FP&A;, data engineering, statistics, and digital technologies to own and evolve the end-to-end modeling framework. You will lead risk assessments and scenario simulations that support both technical and financial leadership, while ensuring full compliance with Siemens Energy Financial Reporting Guidelines and IFRS standards.
A key aspect of the role includes preparing documentation for external auditors and maintaining transparency and credibility in financial disclosures.
You will lead a high-performing team of professionals across relevant domains, applying agile methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
How You’ll Make An Impact

- Lead the development, governance, and continuous enhancement of DPM models, including scenario logic, risk assessments, cost forecasting, and Monte Carlo simulations.
- Ensure financial planning across the general project portfolio is accurately reflected in financial reports and balance sheet positions.
- Drive the integration of DPM into a scalable Azure-based cloud infrastructure, ensuring full compliance with corporate IT regulations and data governance standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial project managers, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to align DPM outputs with strategic priorities.
