With the rise of e-commerce and the demand for faster and more flexible movement of goods, warehouse and manufacturing operators are facing increasingly complex production and logistic challenges today. Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full lifecycle of on-site implementation and project delivery for AMR-based warehouse automation projects across Europe
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating customers, suppliers, installation teams, and internal functions such as R&D;, Product, and Software to ensure smooth project execution
- Track project schedules and coordinate and monitor on-site installation, equipment commissioning, system integration, testing, and acceptance activities
- Support the management of on-site work quality, safety, and operational compliance.Identify field issues and project risks in a timely manner and drive them toward effective resolution
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including installation records, acceptance documents, risk lists, and lessons learned
- Support the coordination and management of on-site resources, including personnel, equipment, materials, and external partners
- Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement
