Your daily business:You acquire new businesses on site, understand their needs, present Mallorca Map, advise and close, and support onboarding. You actively look after existing customers, protect satisfaction and develop further opportunities. You independently plan appointments and routes, keep the CRM accurate and provide structured market feedback.
Pay and working conditions:The guaranteed fixed salary is at least €17,094 gross per year. In addition, you earn 3% on individually attributed, actually paid net first sales and first-time add-ons, plus 1% on their renewals; payment is made through payroll. At the current €2,970 Pro annual package, this equals €89.10 for a first sale and €29.70 for a renewal.



Business mileage and necessary parking costs are reimbursed under a clear travel-expense policy. You receive structured onboarding, sales materials, CRM training and direct day-to-day sales support.
What you bring:Business-fluent German or Spanish and practical everyday skills in the second language; English is a plus. A category B driving licence, your own car, availability in Mallorca and a valid right to work are required. You organise yourself reliably, communicate professionally, listen carefully, close confidently and follow up consistently. B2B, field sales, hospitality or local networking experience is welcome; no formal qualification is required.
