What are we looking for?We are incorporating a new INSUDER as an Accounting & Reporting Analyst to join our finance transformation journey.
The challengeYou will play a key role in delivering high-quality, on-time monthly closes and statutory financial reporting for the assigned Business Units and countries, while gaining end-to-end visibility of the Finance process—from Cash-to-Cash to Record-to-Report. Beyond the core reporting cycle, you will be a key contributor to the transformation of the accounting function, helping elevate the team through process standardization, stronger controls, and smart digitalization/automation initiatives that improve speed, quality and transparency.
