Functions & Responsibilities:
1. Regulatory Governance & Authorities Liaison
Serve as the official corporate representative and primary technical contact for Spanish regulatory bodies regarding Law 31/1995 (PRL) and labor inspections (Inspección de Trabajo).
Ensure company-wide operations align strictly with critical industrial decrees, including RD 337/2014 (high-voltage electrical safety) and RD 1215/1997 (work equipment safety).
Draft, finalize, and sign off on high-level HSE standard operating procedures before they are deployed across the portfolio.
2. IMS Oversight & Audit Management
Drive the continuous improvement and strategic alignment of ISO 45001 (Safety), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 9001 (Quality) frameworks.
Oversee the preparation, execution,



and close-out of both internal corporate audits and external third-party certification audits.
Ensure that conditional requirements from Environmental Impact Assessments (DIAs) are successfully integrated into long-term site operations.
3. High-Risk Oversight & Incident Command
Define, approve, and validate the safety frameworks (such as complex LOTO and electrical switching programs) for high-risk heavy maintenance, including blade repairs, gearbox changes, and substation shutdowns.
Personally lead or direct investigations for high-potential "near misses" or serious incidents using advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, ensuring corrective action plans prevent recurrence.
4. Performance Strategy & Stakeholder Management
Analyze data trends from departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), translating raw numbers into actionable preventive strategies for executive management.
