- The Gate Manager is responsible for leading and managing the operational performance of the assigned production gate within the Engine Shop production flow. The role oversees multidisciplinary production teams through a hierarchical structure composed of Foremen and teams of mechanics, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality execution of all maintenance and assembly activities within the assigned gate.
- The position is accountable for achieving operational objectives related to Turn Around Time (TAT), productivity, On Time Delivery (OTD), quality compliance and people safety, while driving Lean Manufacturing culture, continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across the complete production flow.
- The Gate Manager ensures alignment between manpower, materials, tooling, processes and operational priorities to guarantee smooth workflow execution and compliance with airworthiness, OEM and customer requirements.

- Identify operational bottlenecks, process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Support industrialization, process standardization and operational ramp-up initiatives.
