You'll be jumping right into the heart of their digital transformation journey!As the AI Project & Product Manager, you are the ultimate connective tissue between a high-velocity engineering team and senior business leaders. You’ll sit right at the intersection of tech and business, reporting directly to the Head of Digital Transformation. You don't need to write code yourself, but you definitely need to speak the language, challenge technical assumptions, and keep the project heartbeat steady.Act as the primary bridge between technical teams (Architecture, Security, Data Engineering) and business stakeholders to keep priorities, scope, and goals crystal clear.Translate complex business needs into clear,



structured product requirements and actionable project roadmaps.Manage the overall project "cadence," keeping track of timelines, resources, risk management, and performance reporting.The Must-Haves:Experience: 3–4 years in technical project management paired with 3–4 years focusing on AI or data-driven projects.Education: A Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.Delivery Muscle: Proven track record of taking AI products from initial prototype all the way to production using Agile/Scrum methodologies.Languages: Full professional proficiency in English.The Nice-to-Haves:French fluency is strongly preferred and will make collaborating with key regional teams a breeze!Building AI tools for a heritage industry isn't always easy—you'll need to navigate cross-functional dynamics, manage dependencies early, and bring diverse teams along on the digital journey.A fixed annual salary ranging between 55,000 and 70,000, accompanied by a permanent contract from day one, meal vouchers, flexible compensation options (like childcare vouchers), and comprehensive life and accident insurance.Senior level -
