We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer who is excited about AI-assisted and agent-driven development, while still thinking like an engineer: understanding systems, making good tradeoffs, testing, debugging, simplifying, and taking responsibility for code that runs in production. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will drive AI-native feature development and turn complex user needs into shipped production code.

What you'll do:In this role, you will be working on both the core platform and new AI-powered workflows for our users, and organizations.
- Collaborating closely with product, design, and other engineers
- Orchestrate agents end-to-end: spec-first, AI-assisted planning, agentic execution, AI-assisted review, full-loop validation - you direct the work
- Building AI-assisted features into the Howspace platform
- Developing agentic and chatbot-based workflows for real production use
- Designing APIs, building MCP-servers, integrations and background jobs
- Improving architecture, maintainability, reliability, and test coverage
- Build the guardrails (specs, checks, validation loops) that make agents reliable, and catch output that's wrong even w
