As Legal Counsel - Portugal, you will support Fever’s Iberia expansion from Lisbon, handling Portuguese and English legal work across commercial, governance, and regulatory matters. You’ll partner with Business Development, Tax, Finance, Product and Operations to deliver pragmatic, business-minded guidance for growth. This role blends legal expertise with strategic, cross-functional impact in a fast‑moving tech platform for live entertainment. You’ll join a diverse, international team focused on enabling Fever’s mission to democratize access to culture worldwide.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Draft and revise commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and RFPs in Portuguese and English
• Support negotiation of deals and related documents with commercial teams
• Research legal issues related to product development and regulatory compliance




• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to prioritise and manage matters
• Contribute to knowledge management: templates, guides, processes and tools
• Participate in ongoing compliance and product advisory activities
• Upskill and mentor other team members
• Assist with corporate governance and regulatory considerations across the region

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a Portuguese-speaking jurisdiction
• Professional xqbhyrx fluency in Portuguese and English; additional language a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with high emotional intelligence
• Experience on international projects or with integral teams
• Team-oriented, adaptable and eager to learn
