In this role you help customers maximize value from Workday Success Plans, acting as a trusted advisor across post-Go-Live journeys. You will guide configuration, troubleshoot issues, and deliver demonstrations to articulate solution benefits. You will work directly with large organizations to drive adoption and translate complex Workday concepts into actionable insights. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Research customer questions to understand Workday concepts
• Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
• Troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
• Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features
• Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption
• Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities
• Maintain product expertise and Workday certifications
• Stay updated with industry practices and engage customers on topics
• Support development of new programs to drive feature adoption
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of Workday implementation experience
• 5+ years of Workday deployments and financials systems xqbhyrx
• 3+ years of software consulting experience
• Workday Certification or ability to certify in FDM, Record to Report, or Financial Accounting
• Fluent in German or French
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• Ability to travel up to 20%
