In this role you will drive the launch and governance of insurance products across markets, ensuring rapid time-to-market and regulatory alignment. You will coordinate approvals, define policies, and oversee product lifecycle with insurers, balancing pricing, customer value and profitability. You will lead governance activities and ensure distribution schemes comply with local rules, while supporting tender processes and partner negotiations. Responsabilidades
• 6+ years actuarial experience in insurance product management or related environments
• Experience in HQ, regional or multi-country roles with ability to coordinate countries and influence stakeholders without hierarchical authority (preferred)
• University degree in business administration, economics, actuarial science, xqbhyrx mathematics, engineering, law or similar
• Insurance Mediation certificate level 1 or 2 or commitment to obtain it within 12 months
