In this role you lead the Digital Asset Management program within Mondelēz’s IT ecosystem, defining strategy, roadmaps, and requirements for a global DAM platform that serves creative, marketing, and technology teams. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to optimize assets, metadata, tagging, and rights management, while ensuring scalable, secure, and measurable product outcomes. You’ll balance UX with performance and partner across PXM, architecture, and regional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven improvements. This is a chance to shape how visual content is created, organized, and reused at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and own the DAM strategy and product roadmap, prioritizing ingestion, AI tagging, metadata modelling, and rights management
• Deeply integrate the DAM with the broader marketing tech stack and optimize workflows
• Champion metadata, taxonomy,



and intuitive search experiences; drive AI-assisted tagging
• Serve as a bridge between creative, marketing, legal, and technology to balance user experience and scalability
• Track platform adoption, storage usage, asset reuse, and ROI to inform iterations
• Gather regional/local requirements and translate them into technical scope and backlogs
• Manage product documentation, user stories, flows, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with Architecture, Application/Platform, and Technical Product teams to ensure quality deliveries
• Contribute ideation on new product ideas based on market needs and industry trends
• Ensure product quality, security, and privacy, and manage product budget and KPIs
• Partner with Integration Lead and other PXM product leads to align data flows and integrations

Responsabilidades
