As an Account Manager at Lightspeed in Spain, you cultivate durable relationships with our client accounts and guide them to adopt Lightspeed’s payments, software, and integrations to meet their business goals. You’ll act as the primary liaison, identifying client needs and expanding solutions that fit their evolving operations. You drive value through product demos, onboarding, and proactive client success efforts to maximize satisfaction and renewal. This role offers the chance to influence growth in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with a strong emphasis on customer outcomes.

• Drive adoption of Lightspeed Payments and software solutions across POS products, modules, and integrations.
• Serve as the main point of contact to build trusted, long-term client partnerships and proactively support success.
• Guide account growth and upgrades,
moving customers to advanced solutions as their needs evolve.
• Create and execute upsell/cross-sell and expansion opportunities aligned with client goals.
• Deliver product demonstrations and support adoption to maximize tool utilization.
• Monitor account performance using metrics such as MRR, NRR, customer health, and engagement.

• Negotiate and close agreements to achieve renewal, retention, and growth targets.
• Contribute to sales and marketing initiatives to boost customer experience and NRR.
