- Functional Consultants.Functional Consultants / BPO:- Lead business transformation and process readiness for deployment- Align business with core processes, support change management, and secure deployment success.- Key activities:- Ensure business pre-requisites at sites- Drive transformation with site managers- Prepare and animate Fit-to-Standard workshops- Coordinate with Technical consultants / TPO- Support Go-Live & post-Go-Live- Capture & share best practices- Expected skills: Business xqbhyrx Process Expertise, Change Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Training Leadership, Conflict Resolution, Domain expertise, Drive & Leadership in transformation, coordination with IT teams
