As an Inside Sales professional at PTC, you will generate and grow a customer pipeline by prospecting new accounts and nurturing opportunities within existing ones. You’ll work within a multicultural, cross-functional team to drive bookings and revenue from PTC’s Digital Transformation solutions. This role offers exposure to global customers, collaborative campaigns, and the chance to develop your sales and product expertise in a dynamic tech environment. You will shape the front line of growth while aligning with marketing, customer success, and operations to accelerate impact.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Prospect new customers and sell to new prospect accounts and strategic/global accounts
• Cross-sell and upsell within strategic accounts
• Grow pipeline and revenue for Digital Transformation solutions
• Qualify and route opportunities to sales executives




• Conduct outbound calls to create opportunities and schedule meetings
• Maintain accurate activity records in SFDC (calls, emails, demos)
• Respond to sales inquiries and support campaign execution within the territory
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations

Responsabilidades
• 6 to 12 months of inside sales or customer-facing experience
• Fluency in English and Polish
• Interest in new technologies and software market

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Ability to initiate and nurture business relationships over the phone
