We are looking for a

Software Solution Engineer

specialized in Automic Workload Automation

to join a strategic project with one of our general clients in the

wealth management sector .

Location:

Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office.
Language : English is a must. Spanish desirable.

Main Job Requirements
Develop and implement automation strategies for job scheduling to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Streamline job development processes, ensuring consistency and optimization across systems.
Maintain and enforce governance standards to guarantee compliance, quality, and standardization across all projects.




Support and scale the development and deployment of automated jobs across environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation solutions with infrastructure and application architecture.

What does UST expect from you?
Proven experience in software development, with a solid understanding of common software design patterns.
Good knowledge of infrastructure and software architectures, with the ability to integrate both effectively.
Strong proficiency in automation-related programming and scripting languages such as

Bash, PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Solid hands-on experience with

Automic Automation (UC4) , especially in automation and governance processes.
Experience in

API development , integration, and design, including REST services, Java-based APIs, and JSON.

Work schedule
Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
