Full-Time Opportunity
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Environment
We are seeking an experienced PMO – Digital Industrial & QA Solutions to support strategic digital transformation initiatives within a leading pharmaceutical organization.
This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of critical Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Quality Systems projects, working cross-functionally with QA, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support governance, planning, and execution of strategic projects
Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
Manage risks, issues, and change requests
Prepare Steering Committee materials and project status reports
Monitor KPIs, budgets, resource allocation, and project progress
Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors




Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, validation processes, and audit expectations
Maintain project documentation and governance standards
Desired Experience
PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
Strong understanding of GxP-regulated environments
Knowledge of Manufacturing, Laboratory, or Quality Systems
Experience with governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Quality and Manufacturing digital platforms
