In this role you will lead strategic partnerships with priority fertility clinics and large networks, acting as the human bridge between Ferring and senior healthcare stakeholders. You’ll shape multi-year account plans, drive growth through services and partnerships, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experiences. The job sits at the heart of a global mission to advance patient care and family-building journeys. You will engage C-suite leaders to position Ferring as a strategic partner and influencer in the fertility landscape.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own and manage a portfolio of priority fertility clinics, national networks, and PE-backed groups
• Develop and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and senior clinical leaders
• Lead complex commercial discussions, negotiate pricing and service agreements
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including new services,



product adoption, and partnership models
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Marketing, and Operations to tailor solutions
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, track progress, manage risks, and report metrics

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or life sciences/healthcare-related advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years in account management, business development, or sales within fertility, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare services
• Proven experience engaging and influencing C-level executives
• Strong xqbhyrx negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Self-starter with strategic thinking, strong business and financial acumen
• Familiarity with pharma regulatory/legal framework (desired)
• Proficient in English
