~ Competitive salary aligned with the integral market for a Principal Engineer (higher level of seniority). Proficient in Python programming with over 7 years of experience. ~ Backend software engineering and MLOps expertise. ~ Skilled in data science libraries and frameworks such as Numpy, pandas (or accelerated alternatives, cuDF, polars), torch, scikit-learn. ~ Skilled in training and fine-tuning ML models (including LLMs) and creating evaluation frameworks linking metrics to business impact. ~ Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines (Langchain, Llamaindex or related) and vector databases (Qdrant, pgvector, open search or related).
