Someone who knows how to open doors, shape market demand, build a highly qualified pipeline, and convert complex opportunities into signed contracts.

Main Responsibilities
* Proactively identify, approach and engage defence prospects; create meetings with decision makers and influencers.
* Qualify opportunities (need, budget, authority, timing) and maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM.
* Develop winning account/capture plans, including stakeholder mapping and competitive positioning.
* Lead bids and commercial proposals end-to-end (scope, pricing, terms), coordinating technical experts as needed.
* Negotiate and close contracts; ensure handover to delivery teams with clear expectations and governance.
* Represent DEKRA at defence events and forums to build visibility and generate leads.
