We're partnering with one of Europe's most exciting early-stage healthtech companies to find their first commercial hire in Spain.
This is a genuine opportunity to build something from the ground up. Working directly alongside the CEO, you'll take ownership of the commercial strategy, lead enterprise sales, and play a key role in shaping how the business scales across Spain and beyond.
The company has already achieved strong commercial traction, a growing recurring revenue base, and ambitious expansion plans.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through to negotiation and close.
Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for Spain.
Develop relationships with hospital executives, digital transformation leaders and key healthcare stakeholders.
Win strategic enterprise accounts and expand existing customer relationships.
Help define sales processes, messaging,
pricing and commercial best practice.
Work closely with Product, Customer Success and the leadership team to influence product direction and market strategy.
As the company grows, help build and lead the future commercial team.
What We're Looking For
Proven success selling enterprise software or technology into hospitals or healthcare providers.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-growth environment.
Comfortable building processes from scratch rather than following an existing playbook.
Strong network within the Spanish healthcare ecosystem is highly desirable.
Fluent Spanish and English.
