The Position
Smooth Operation
Support the day-to-day operation of one or more self-storage facilities in the absence of the Property Manager. Responsibilities include driving sales and occupancy, managing delinquencies, and maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑kept property. This includes conducting daily property walks, cleaning and sweeping units, and ensuring office spaces remain organized and professional in appearance.

Serving People
You will build relationships with people experiencing intimate life moments- moving houses, dealing with the death of a loved one. Storage facilities work with people in transitional moments of life. We have the ability to pour into these people and truly make a difference.
