Turner u0026amp; Townsend seeks an experienced Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor for Spain. You will drive pre- and post-contract QS activities, cost planning, procurement, and tendering within a collaborative team. You will manage client relationships and deliver accurate estimates and final accounts for real estate projects. • Estimate and cost plan development and presentation
• Tendering and procurement tasks: pre-qualification, tender list, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender report, contractual documents

Responsabilidades
• Recognized degree qualification
• Experience as a QS or Cost Manager, ideally in a consultancy
• Experience across xqbhyrx real estate construction projects
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish preferred; strong report and bid writing skills
