and blockers before they become problemsOwn product documentation end to end — always current, always accurateOwn the release/versioning process — ensure every version change is fully and correctly documentedQuery the database and use data-model knowledge to validate bug reports, assess data-quality issues, and write tickets with full technical detailAct as the execution layer between product strategy and engineering deliveryYour Profile:3+ years of experience in a Delivery Manager, Technical PM, or Scrum Master role with hands-on sprint execution ownershipProven track record leading Agile ceremonies and driving sprints to on-time deliveryStrong Jira proficiency — ticket writing, epic breakdown, sprint trackingBasic technical fluency: comfortable writing SQL queries and reading a data model to investigate bugs or data-quality issuesExperience owning technical documentation and/or release management processesSt
