We are looking for a Merchandiser to join a growing fashion brand based in Barcelona.

Sitting at the intersection of Product and Commercial teams, this role will have a key impact across the full product lifecycle: from collection planning and pricing to buying, allocation and in-season performance.
We are looking for someone highly analytical and comfortable working with numbers, but also with a strong commercial instinct and product sensitivity. Someone who can understand what is selling and why, identify opportunities within a collection, and translate data into clear product and buying decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Define the collection structure and product mix together with Product, based on historical performance, commercial objectives and market opportunities.
- Support the definition of the pricing strategy, balancing positioning, commercial potential and margin.
- Plan and execute buying quantities across the collection, using sales forecasts,



historical data and channel needs.
- Define the initial allocation and distribution of stock across stores and e-commerce.
- Monitor weekly sales performance across products, categories and channels, identifying best sellers, underperformers and commercial opportunities.
- Analyse key merchandising KPIs including sales, sell-through, stock levels, margin and product performance.
- Recommend actions to optimise sales and stock throughout the season.
- Support decisions around markdowns, promotions and seasonal discounts.
- Translate sales insights and customer behaviour into recommendations for future collections.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Product Development and the different commercial channels to ensure alignment between the collection and business needs.
