Job purpose




The purpose of this role is to support the RES Service business by ensuring the standardisation and quality of the training function and systems across all regions. Key areas of responsibility:
- Training development (designing new training, adapting to global/local needs: e-learning, in person, peer to peer, etc)
- Training systems management and related tools (Cornerstone, Easygenerator, HeyGen, Articulate, training profiles, booking, reporting)
- Coordination of standardisation and synergies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across regions.

Organisational context
- Collaborate with global and regional teams from different functions (O&M;, AM, HSQE, Engineering, etc)
- Reports to the Global Training Manager, ensuring that training programmes are global, effective and measurable, while enhancing safety, quality and environmental outcomes.

Key accountabilities
- Ensure that training meets integral standards of quality and consistency, regardless of region.
