How can you make a difference?

Under the supervision of the Contracts Specialist, the Contracts Officer supports the planning,



development and execution of procurement strategies for ICT goods and services. The incumbent contributes to the timely and compliant procurement of digital solutions, connectivity services, cloud-based services, software, ICT infrastructure and related managed services.

The role supports end-to-end procurement activities including procurement planning, market research, solicitation development, bid evaluation, supplier negotiations, contract administration and management of institutional contracts and Long-Term Agreements (LTAs). The incumbent also collaborates with internal stakeholders, country offices and external partners to strengthen procurement effectiveness and value for money.
