DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a PMO Finance Project Manager to support large-scale transformation programmes through strong financial management, governance, and funding oversight. The role partners closely with Finance teams, programme sponsors, and Business Units to ensure effective budget control, disciplined funding decisions, and accurate financial reporting across all workstreams.

Tasks:
- Lead financial planning, tracking, and reporting aligned with approved budgets and forecasts.
- Manage programme budgets and monitor financial performance across multiple workstreams.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with Finance.
- Oversee funding requests, ensuring proper classification and supporting evidence.
- Provide visibility on financial status, risks, and funding gaps to stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate, timely,



and high-quality financial reporting aligned with governance standards.
- Consolidate financial data into actionable insights for decision-making and optimisation.
- Strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting practices.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Finance, Business Units, and programme teams to ensure alignment.
- Support effective investment decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.
- Drive transparency on financial performance and funding status across programmes.

Specific Expertise:
- 5-7 years of experience in Project Management / PMO environments, preferably in Finance.
- Strong knowledge of PMO governance, financial management, and reporting frameworks.
- Proven experience managing programme budgets in complex transformation environments.
